Username change / Reddit Gold question... (self.help)

So I changed my username for personal reasons (bad breakup, S.O. knew my username, meh), and I realize this might be futile, but I did donate initially and have a nifty gold charter member badge on my other account... Anyway, I wouldn't mind donating again, but I kind of liked having that badge, which I probably wouldn't get now...

Wow, this sounds really unimportant. If anyone has a suggestion, though, I'll be grateful. I can verify the other account is mine.

The admins seem to be very approachable with legitimate questions/problems. I'm sure a polite request will at the very least receive a reply telling you if there is anything that can be done.
