Hey modhelp,

I've been looking at a few new subreddits lately and have noticed a few which the moderators haven't been online in multiple years, even though the subreddit itself looks like it has potential.

Is there anyway to get Moderator control over these subreddits to try and build up a userbase for them? Or can't it be done until the moderator deletes their account?
